TWEENS YOGA & EMOTIONAL REGULATION WORKSHOP session open to ages 8-12

Many tweens feel overwhelmed, distracted or unsettled & often don’t yet have the tools to manage stress, emotions or stay focused in a healthy way.

This 90-minute in-person workshop gives your child simple, practical tools to feel calmer, more balanced & more confident; both at school & in daily life.

Today’s tweens are growing up in a constantly shifting environment; changing routines, online classes, increased screen time, academic expectations & social pressure can be a lot to process.

 

Even confident, capable kids can struggle with:

  • Feeling unsettled or anxious due to constant changes in routine

  • Difficulty focusing, especially with online learning or screen fatigue

  • Emotional overwhelm, irritability or sudden mood shifts

  • Spending excessive time on devices & feeling mentally “wired” but tired

  • Social disconnection or pressure, both on & offline

Without the right tools, these patterns can build over time & affect their confidence, focus & emotional wellbeing. In this workshop, we help children understand what is happening in their body & mind, & most importantly, give them simple ways to regulate, reset & feel more in control.
