TWEENS YOGA & EMOTIONAL REGULATION WORKSHOP session open to ages 8-12
Today’s tweens are growing up in a fast paced, highly pressured environment, juggling in between school deadlines, upcoming exams, constant notifications & social challenges; many feel overwhelmed & anxious. Even confident, capable kids can struggle with:
- Stress & anxiety around school or exams; academic pressure
- Difficulty focusing or calming down
- Emotional overwhelm or mood swings
- Social pressure & self-doubt
We can help them in navigating challenges & accessing self-regulating tools
Without the right self-regulating tools, these patterns can carry into adolescence & beyond.
This workshop helps children understand what is happening in their body & mind, why it is happening and how to regulate it in a healthy, supportive way.

- Mindfulness practices | simple & effective exercises to enhance awareness & focus
- Breathing techniques | tools to regulate emotions straight away
- Yoga sequence | movement to release tension, build strength & resilience
- Relaxation | guided relaxation to calm the nervous system
- Sound healing | soothing vibrations for deep relaxation to close the session
