1. What’s your cancellation policy?

Morning classes: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance.

Evening classes: Cancel at least 6 hours in advance.

Late cancellations result in:

* Loss of one credit (for packaged passes).

* Validity reduction (for unlimited passes).

The booking system will alert you if you’re canceling late.

* In special cases, such as emergencies, we may accommodate if you contact us 1–2 hours in advance.


2. What happens if I don’t show up for my class?

No-shows result in:

* Immediate credit loss.

* Instant reduction of pass validity (for unlimited passes).

The system will notify you of the penalty.

3. Can I get a refund for my pass?

* Passes are non-refundable.

* Partial refunds may be considered only for serious medical reasons (supporting documents required).

If approved:

* We charge the full one-month rate for any used time.

* A termination fee of 100 AED or 10% of the total pass value (whichever is higher) applies.

4. Can I transfer or extend my pass?

Relocating? You can transfer your pass to another person.

If traveling or on sick leave,
Unlimited passes can be extended:
• 1 week per month of the pass (e.g. 6 months = 6-week extension).

Packaged passes cannot be extended or paused unless for approved medical reasons.

5. What are the rules for trial passes?

Each person may use a trial pass only once.

Valid for all regular classes.

Swing Yoga has a separate trial pass .

Trial passes are valid for 7 days from your first class booking.
