During the session, the recipient lies down and the practitioner hovers with the pendulum above various parts of the recipient's energetic field. As the pendulum moves from one point to another, it allows the facilitator to detect areas of energetic blockage and possible physical ailments, on which the practitioner then focuses for the remainder of the session to balance.
