A sacred container for women to activate feminine pathways, renew connection with self, find liberation in the body and nourish the creative life force.

With the daily duties and roles women play, we create a space for you to heal se**al shame, connect with your root and sacral chakra.

During this session you will go through a journey of rebirthing through womb mobility exercises, embodiment practices, meditative movements and somatic practices to find your self-expression and flow.

The holistic journey ends with a soothing circle and herbal tea.
